Disneyland

Well guys, it happened. After 25 years the wait was over. I finally visited the happiest place on Earth. That’s right, WE WENT TO DISNEYLAND!!

A familiar face

Before we went to the magical land that is Disney we made a pit stop in a place called Oceanside to meet a old buddy of mine. After two years too long we finally got to lay eyes on the chiseled looks of Mr Colin Bruce. It was awesome to see this guy again and after showing us around town he introduced us to his friend, Sae, then he treated us to some darn good pizza! What a gent! Thanks CBear, hopefully it won’t such a long gap till we see each other again.

It all started with a mouse

Oh where to begin, where TO BEGIN!! First things first, this place is just a whole pile of wow! In both parks (the Disneyland Park and the California adventure park) attention to detail that has gone into everything is incredible you find yourself rubber necking at every turn! Yeah that’s right, rubber necking!!

The happiest place on earth also turns out the be the most expensive place on earth but you find yourself forgiving them because of the life sized mouse wearing a tux walking around and you leave the park wanting to re-watch every Disney movie you’ve ever owned!

We got a screamer

So, guess who conquered their fear of roller coasters and only pooped their pants once…or twice! That’s right Wally strapped herself into the fastest roller coaster in the park and came off all pepped up and high on life!

We did the conventional stuff – pictures with our favourite characters, going on EVERY possible ride, buying some awesome merch, watching the fireworks and water show, spending 10 hours each day walking round in awe and generally fulfilling any child’s dreams!! All in all here are a few snaps of our adventure!

    Ahhh Jess would love this she’s obsessed with mickey mouse clubhouse on Disney Jr. So cute when it comes on she rocks back and forward. Will have to show you when you get home since we’re only round the corner now! Xxx
