Bear-ing Yosemite
US AGAIN!! Aw hai! So you’ve probably seen our obsession with Yosemite through insta or facial b! But dayuuuuum it was good!
My family in particular would TOTES love it being avid Scottish adventurers! The scenery is quite similar to Scotland, with the added bonus of blue skies…”what are they I hear you ask?”
What I was excited about in particular was seeing a bear!! There are 300-550 wild bears in Yosemite so I thought it was pretty much a guarantee especially after seeing a ‘speeding kills bears’ sign and being told one was killed the day before we got there by a car! Well we didn’t see one….BUT…I am convinced I spotted some bear ‘matter’ (poop) which answers the question “does a bear shit in the woods” – a popular question of cams of which now I can simple answer, “why yes, yes it does” as I get the picture out for evidence.
Yay for Yosemite!!
Can we take a minute to witness the straightness of the limbs?
Anyway, moving on, we did move on. Moved through California on a 10 hour drive down to San Diego. We managed to see all parts of Cali from the forests of Yosemite, through deserts and ‘ranches’ to build up cities of LA and San Diego. All I can say…8 lanes, 10 hours, dicey navigation.
