Santa Barbara
Hey, what’s up, welcome to the pier. Well you can actually get away with saying that here, especially in Santa barbs! We absolutely loved it here, probably because this is the first days we properly chilled out!!
It’s a small-ish town and has a lovely pier you can walk along! We were only two nights here because it was pricey pricey (to give you an idea this is where Kim K married Kris Humphries). Apparently Opera lives here too but we were confused when the hotel receptionist kept referring to her as a ‘he’ – is there a male Opera??? Who knows, cause we don’t.
Anyhoo we (accidentally) ended up going to the #1 restaurant on trip advisor called Tomos which made a special carbonara just for me!! It was suuuuuper! The following day we chilled on Santa Barbara beach and watched what we could only guess was a sailing competition! Well by evening someone (not naming any names) was burnt so we decided to chill with a take out along with Law and Order – now that’s damn good television!
We finished up in S Barbs by wandering about, mainly in Urban Outfitters where we treated ourselves to new sunnies ready to embark on our journey down the coast to Pasedena, LA…(enter next blogpost…)
***Cam Note** I think it’s important that people know that before we left Santa B we went to get some food from a cafe called ‘Moby Dick’s’ where Vik asked me (despite the presence of many whale references and the two law degrees she has under her belt) if he was a famous person who founded countries – that is all.
P.S – I was the one that got burnt, IT WAS ME, damn it!! There I said it!

Hahahaha I actually love how you went to the number 1 rated restaurant on trip advisor and vik still asks for a special carbonara. Xxxxx ps that burn looks ouchieee
